 Here's a little carrot and stick approach they employ for the clueless ones:

" P 1,000,000.00 po ang outstanding balance ninyo;
Pero dahil qualified ka sa Amnesty, pay only P 10,000.00!"
If not, we will file a case...visit you....threats....threats....threats.


Your best response would be:
"According to my lawyer, let's talk it out in court"
then don't argue anymore with people not of your IQ level.
otherwise you'll be asking yourself later:
