 Parties can either be dispensable or unnecessary because :

1. The bank (Plaintiff) did not alleged about benefits that redound to the family

2.  Plaintiff did no present evidence that spouse used/consented the use of the card;

3. Supplementary CHs are not guarantors nor co-makers, being lesser financial strengths. They are 

    merely there to add business to the banks. It is the Principal CHs who are actually their 

    guarantors!
