When a collector says "they will visit you",
eto po ang kanilang ginagawa:
1. deliver ng "demand letter" ( pirmahan mo lang kahit ilang beses sabay tapon!)
2. paka-usap sa iyo thru cellphone si "atorni" or si "bisor" ( COERCION is a criminal case)
3. pose as "pulis" ( Usurpation of Authority is also a criminal case)
4. pilit papasok - ( that is Trespass To Dwelling/Robbery)
5. other pretensions ( may "authority" ba sila? SWINDLING is a criminal case)

I will tell defaulters that they owe the bank some P100,000.00
(kahit hinde totoo)
then ask him how much can he afford to pay IMMEDIATELY.
that way, I can easily collect my commission!

- mag-eskandalo? public scandal is a crime. plus libel, oral defamation

- palayasin mo na bago ka tumawag ng pulis.baka akyat bahay lang yan!
