I am sad to hear stories of defaulters paying CAs without first verifying if they are authorized or not.
..just to stop  the alleged threats of visits, harassment and  from having a case!
( they won't ; they don't; they can't) .

the ending?
MONEY is gone.
walang mahabol.
hinde kilala sino ang tumangap ng pera.

mag-deliver lang yan ng sulat, ala messenger.
"baka pahiyain"?
1. refer to Revised Penal Code about "libel"
2. call 911 at pahuli mo - crimes against honor.
3. ask for their authority to collect under BSP Cir. 702
4. call 911 at pahuli mo - swindling/fraud
5. pilit kang kausapin mo ang sa CP nila?
6. call 911 at pahuli mo - grave threats/coercion

NOPE. today is not an unlucky day.
it's PAYDAY!!!!!!

you will only be unlucky if you agree to pay the CAs " to stop the harassment".
go pick-up that call.
and tell them:
"let's settle this issue in court. masama ba yun?"

SALARY GARNISHMENT

Only after a case has been filed and decided by the court
will a writ of execution be issued upon request.
This request includes "garnishments" of deposits
not otherwise exempted by Sec. 13 Rule 39 of the Rules of Court
( salary is EXEMPTED!)

The Notice of Execution is sent to banks requiring them to inform
the court :

lol!

This Christmas, I think you should ask "what is your specific concern"
Just like the Judge, I am NOT interested in WHY you defaulted. I can fully understand that.
You don't even have to tell your life story, nor specify
what is the reason for your default - sickness, being swindled, wrong decision....
let's just ask the question in one or two sentences:
what can I do?
deal?

It amazes me how most people readily accept ANYTHING :
1. Sir/Madam, si Atty. ek-ek ito;
2. Your P1,000,000.00 debt will be reduce if you pay P10,000.00 now;
3. We will file a case if you will not file today;
4. Pay or else.....
