2015 Year-end EB
A Leap of Faith
I was reading a lot of newbie concerns/fears in this blog and the Forum that I honesty like to meet them.
the problem is there is no Promo fare/room sale.
The air fare is P 4,752.72 excluding terminal fees and all expenses/venue
If only everybody can just advance the P500.00/pax EB fee ( which we normally do but never did),
we can do it.

Today, Sunday (10/11/15) a newbie last Mid-year EB called to inform me that she will attend again for the sake of the newbies.
Nothing extra-ordinary about this woman except that she attended the executive session na nanginginig pa.
She came all the way from Ilocos (!) at pamasahe lang po ang dala-dala niya at immediately left kasi wala siyang pang-hotel at natulog na lang sa bus.
she is now a mover.
amazing woman.

Basic Collection Techniques
Lecture for Collectors:
Control the conversation - say what you want forcefully.
a. how : look and sound "galit". defaulters will be like sheeps willing to accommodate you.
b. why : they are afraid that you are going to file a case which they don't want.
c. result : expect your commissions!
Eto naman diskarte mo:
ending : tunay na magagalit sila. no commission. lol!

Visits ( again!)
Defaulters are always apprehensive whenever collectors tell them they are scheduled for visit/ocular inspection.
Let me re-iterate again : NO BIG DEAL
1. it may or may not come.
2. when they visit, mag-deliver lang yan ng sulat. pirmahan mo na lang kahit left to right, sabay tapon.
3. paka-usap sa iyo sa cell-phone ang "supervisor" (daw). this is to intimidate you further.
DON'T AGREE. it's not a crime anyway.
4. "ocular inspection"? nobody can enter your home without your permission. even the
POLICE! (except kung may court order). beware. baka mag-nanakaw lang yan.
5. pahiyain ka? eskandalo? check mo blog post about " The Mistress and The Wife"
Remember, if they insist in talking to you about your utang, ask for the Bank Referral
Code given to them and you as required by BSP Cir. 702 Series of 2010.
otherwise, ang visit magiging bwisit lang.
enjoy!

Reflections On 2015 Year-end EB

The Labyrinth

Sarah Williams (Connelly) is a 15-year-old who loves reading -- and acting out -- fairy tales.
The movie opens with a scene of Sarah rehearsing lines from her book Labyrinth in a park. While trying to remember the final line of a speech in the book, she loses track of time, forgetting that she must babysit her infant half-brother, Toby.
fast forward
...He begins to cry; she remarks, "I wish the goblins would come and take you away...right now". Toby suddenly stops crying. Worried, Sarah enters his room, to find that Toby has vanished.
Jareth, the King of Goblins (Bowie) has taken the baby, gives her 13 hours in which to solve his great maze, called the Labyrinth, and find Toby. If she fails, Jareth will change him into a goblin and keep him forever.
The Labyrinth is not a simple maze; the pathways and openings in the walls of the maze change from time to time, and are riddled with logic-puzzles and tests.
Sarah went thru the maze, and once, Jareth attempting to keep her until the 13th hour by dancing with her. She breaks free of his spell and makes her way into the castle beyond the goblin city with barely enough time to spare.
The film climaxes in Jareth's final appeal for her to abandon her quest and stay with him. She defeats him by reciting her monologue from the beginning of the movie, including the until then forgotten final line:
"You have no power over me".
The room crumbles away, whereupon Sarah finds herself in the front hall of her home with the clock striking midnight and the barn owl (Jareth) flying away.Toby has returned home.
Sounds familiar?

Calls - Again(?)

Being pestered by callers?
"Ano plano ninyo"?
"..otherwise we will file a case"
Here are two suggested replies:
"According to my lawyer, sa court na
daw natin pag-usapan ito."
" Mahal ang abogado"
"Problema ko na yun!"
So, what else can they threaten you with?
You already called their bluff!
or:
"Sir/M'am", What we are discussing here,
can't you put that in writing, para formal
lahat?

lumabas muna ako at nagmasid masid almost 30 cases pala ang dininig for 8:30am sched at

hearing at diniscuss sa akin na thejudge requested the citibank to submit original

days before she render a decision.
dumating akong walang lawyer with me , tinuruan ako ng clerk tinuro sa akin yung

Bank Referral Code
BSP Cir. 702 requires that banks should notify defaulters of their assigned collectors.
Due to rampant complaints, in the formal letter, the bank would normally include a
referral code for confirmation of authorized collectors.
Ask for it every time a collector calls or visits you.
If he cannot give you one, it means he is FAKE.
call the police - swindling yan!
